** The ATP points are awarded (according to a "telescoping" conversion table
   from the circuit points) to all the top-24 who are in the masters leg
   draw (the last two spots were determined with a playoff - Jacco d. Anant,
   Vishal d. Igor.   Igor does get one ATP point for reaching that playoff.
   Anant does not get any points for not having won a main draw match)
